Operates a light motor vehicle while transporting prepared food to outlying school buildings or to service participants; Serves prepared meals to schoolchildren; Operates light motor vehicle in order to pick-up and deliver messages, supplies and materials; Is responsible or the general safety and welfare of individuals being transported in vehicle; checks oil, tires, mileage and gasoline; May perform minor maintenance and repairs on vehicle; May load onto and unload from vehicle materials, supplies and prepared food; May be required to assess and report on condition of homebound service participants; May be required to perform routine clerical and filing duties; May be required to move desks, tables, chairs, cabinets and other large objects.
One (1) year of experience in the operation of a motor vehicle. Must have a clean drivers’ license.
